Beautiful quenelles every time. Even tho the first couple quenelles feel a bit weird, after a short period the spoons are just amazing.

This spoon is so good, i can make perfect rocher everytime and everyone in the kitchen are jealous. The medium size is really good and I think that I'll complete my set with the small one for smaller rocher. I love it.
