ORDER PROCESSING:
We work really hard to ship your order on the same business day (for orders received before 13:00 GMT and subject to agreement on engraving) or next business day. Large orders or complicated orders may take slightly longer. In rare instances an item may be out of stock and in transit to us. In such cases we will offer you an alternative product, a refund, or give you an estimated wait time until your product is back in stock (usually only a few days).

Please allow an extra day for dispatch during peak times eg November/December.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Orders outside the UK and EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Oui Chef is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

Our delivery systems are extremely reliable and our delivery partners are working day and night to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, very occasionally there may be slight delays that are outside our control. Please be patient and rest assured your package will be with you soon.

Please monitor your tracking before contacting us with any concerns and please double check that your address is correct at checkout.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The bottom line is we want you to be 100% satisfied with your Oui Chef purchase. Items in new condition that have not been personalised can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us directly and we’ll make things right immediately.

If you are not satisfied with a product, get in touch right away - we will talk through the issue with you and make it right. That is our personal guarantee to you.
