Designed to give chefs complete control, these innovative moulds let you build a dish layer by layer allowing you to maintain close contact with each layer for unmatched precision and clean structure. Designed to stack as you go, the gold rings lock seamlessly into place as you stack, while the precision engineered seals prevent any liquids from leaking between layers ensuring every tier is clean and defined.
Crafted from premium stainless steel, this mould also features a sharpened base for effortless precise cuts through pastry, dough and jelly. Whether shaping tartares, stacking layered dishes, or adding a measured layer of caviar - they help you maintain perfect portions and visual balance with ease.
