Notevolmente comoda e robusta. Palettija alla base leggermente flessibile, consigliatissima. Dopo 5 mesi di utilizzo è ancora in ottime condizioni. D’altronde oui chef è una garanzia

My fish spatula was falling apart on the handle and actually saw the new stainless steel spatula with an added bonus! I ordered the copper handle and yes, I am using it entirely and great balance in the handling!
